Wellbeing Workshops

My tailored interactive workshops have been developed from my many years of leadership experience and training in various wellbeing modalities.

I deliver workshops to corporate organisations that empower teams and individuals to cultivate resilience, improve communication, and build stronger connections.

As a result of my workshops, attendees:

  • Are able to manage their own stress levels.
  • Have more control and take responsibility for outcomes.
  • Are more confident in communicating with managers and colleagues.
  • Feel part of a more connected and engaged team.

RUOK? Day 2024

This year, we focused on the importance of ongoing support with the theme “Ask R U OK? Any Day”.

The day featured in-person wellbeing events across various organisations, including investment firms and government bodies. Each session highlighted the critical role of connection and workplace wellbeing in fostering healthier, more engaged teams.

A key topic was meditation as a stress management tool, where I shared my personal journey of choosing meditation over medication. Through this, I demonstrated its profound and lasting benefits for mental, emotional, and physical health.

Let’s continue to build workplaces where asking “R U OK?” is more than a question—it’s a foundation for real support and connection.
